Is it Possible to Sue Satan and Win?

If you have you ever felt as though you could ring Satan’s neck for tempting Eve  in the  Garden of Eden, you’re not alone.  But is Satan really to blame for the evils of this world or is Adam and Eve? And if Satan is responsible is it possible to hold him accountable?

As Americans, we live in a society where it is commonplace to file lawsuits as a means to right perceived wrongs. We stick our preverbal fists in the air and demand our day in court. It is the Court’s job to define our justice and enforce it. But what happens when the object of our desired justice falls outside of the normal or accepted confines of society, or even species? And how to we determine if he is the one to blame for our troubles and trials?

The Bible declares to us in Ephesians 6:12:

     “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the  rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

This petition and all materials available on this website are made with the belief that the Word of God is 100% TRUE. According to the Bible, we exist in the spiritual world but we influence and move things in the spiritual world. Satan and his fallen angels exist in the spiritual world but the influence and move things in the physical world where we exist. One of the laws of the universe is that things always manifest in the spiritual world first, then the physical. (Genesis 1:3; John 1:1-5).

Satan is, above all, a liar. But is his behavior alone enough to sue him in Court? And if it is, what grounds could he be sued on? Where exactly does the line fall between Satan’s temptations and interferences, and our own responsibility or accountability for our choices? If he holds enough responsibility for the suffering of man, what if anything, could we recover from him? How do we file a winnable lawsuit against him if he is a spirit? Who actually has jurisdiction over Satan?

Well take a look at each question one by one. There is also a culpability factor (a test of sorts) which will be used to determine how much responsibility you have played in your own troubles and how much Satan is responsible. If, in the end, you decide you have sufficient grounds to sue Satan, there is a spiritual class action lawsuit on this site which will allow you to add your name to the Petition.
